Diese Woche ist eine Einladung Körper, Herz und Seele auf einen ganz besonderen Urlaub zu schicken.
In der wunderschönen Natur der Insel Korfu werden wir gemeinsam tanzen, feiern, wandern, singen und meditieren. Wir bringen alles in Bewegung, was gelebt und genährt werden will.
Das Programm umfasst folgende Angebote:
– 5Rhythmen™ Tanz nach Gabrielle Roth, vormittags und abends
– Rituale, Meditationen, geführte Spaziergänge zu besonders schönen Plätzen
Am Nachmittag hast du Zeit zum Baden, Relaxen, Lesen, Leute treffen oder – kennenlernen und für Spaziergänge im Olivenhain, auf der Klippe oder zur Taverne über dem Meer. Für Begleitpersonen gibt es außerdem vielfältige Angebote.
Der Workshop ist so strukturiert, dass es neben dem Kurs auch freie Zeit gibt, um diesen wunderbaren Ort zu genießen. Der Kurs ist sowohl für Anfänger, als auch für erfahrene Tänzer/innen geeignet.
Workshop: von Sonntag 11:00h bis Freitag 24:00h
U/V und Flug müssen separat gebucht werden

5Rhythms® Summer Dance in Corfu
This week is an invitation to send your body, heart and soul on a very special holiday.
We will dance, celebrate, hike, sing, massage and meditate together in Corfu’s marvelously beautiful natural surroundings.
We bring that which wants to be lived/ expressed and nourished into motion.
I offer the following activities:
– Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® dancing in the morning & evening
– Rituals, Meditation, walks to beautiful places and time to be by yourself
In the afternoon there is time to swim, relax, meet people, walk around to the tavernas or at the cliff.
Partners have a variety of options to spend their time here with you.
We are staying at the Ouranos Club in the North-western part of Corfu, in Arilas.
The island entices us to let go and enjoy its natural beauty, olive groves, a long sand beach and a little village with greek atmosphere.
The finca is at a magnificently space with view over the ocean; offers all that is needed for a relaxed atmosphere and for a simply great holiday: diverse nature, open areas, patios, resting places and special places of power.
The surroundings and our offers for movement provide a new way of being with yourself and strengthening your joie de vivre.
